Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Executive Leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our infrastructure and roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced simulation environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
