Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems tailored for 2026 market demands.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of inference requests with zero latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products and enterprise solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to drive thought leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Extensive experience fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) for specific domain applications.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, futuristic environment.
