Responsibilities

- Strategic Vision: Translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-caliber team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt systems accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
