Responsibilities
- Design and architect the core infrastructure for the Horizon 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI scalability and latency reduction.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen technologies, including quantum computing integration and edge AI.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure system longevity and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Experience designing for high availability and fault tolerance in cloud environments.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
