Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI-Quantum computing systems for enterprise clients.
- Define the technical roadmap for NexaGen’s 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate abstract concepts into production-ready software.
- Optimize neural network architectures to achieve sub-quantum processing speeds.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Ensure all system designs adhere to strict security, privacy, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing or AI.
- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum simulation libraries.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
