Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting the demands of a post-silicon era.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the seamless integration of advanced AI models into core business operations to drive predictive analytics and automation.
- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and integrate quantum computing protocols to prepare our legacy systems for the quantum leap in 2026.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols, ensuring zero-trust architecture is maintained across all new developments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system telemetry to optimize latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Futuristic Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and a strong understanding of quantum algorithm principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
