Responsibilities

- Predictive Logic Implementation: Lead the integration of predictive analytics into core product ecosystems to drive autonomous decision-making.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct hands-on research into emerging technologies, including advanced neural networks and edge computing, to prepare our stack for the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of large-scale data pipelines to handle real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying models to production.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
