Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for AI-driven applications and quantum processing units.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to define the technical vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for high-performance systems.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, latency, and security to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- R&D Integration: Prototype and integrate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., neural networks, edge computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- AI & Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
