Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Information Systems, or equivalent with 10+ years in enterprise architecture
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic hardware, and distributed ledger technologies
- Proven track record of designing systems processing >1 petabyte daily with 99.999% uptime
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-207, and emerging cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with federated learning frameworks and ethical AI governance models
- Published research in top-tier venues (Nature, Science, or IEEE Transactions)
