Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026-readiness across product development and customer experience
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external investors quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate 2026-ready technologies (Web4.0, biotech integration)
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years focused on 2025+ horizon initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Proven track record of executing enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
