Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused products and services
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking strategic impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, climate tech, space exploration, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience leading teams in agile environments with rapid prototyping cycles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
