- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for 2026 technology roadmapping
- Drive ethical innovation protocols for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for 2026 prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology impact scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
