Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advances, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product/service opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for 5+ year planning horizons
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
