Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Translate future insights into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation capabilities
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace
- Ability to operate at C-suite level with executive presence
