- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Bio-tech integration) and assess their business viability.
- Manage a budget for R&D innovation and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Strategic Product Management.
- Proven track record leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, Blockchain fundamentals, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
