Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust system architectures capable of handling massive data loads and complex AI workloads by 2026.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for integrating advanced AI models into our core infrastructure with a focus on latency reduction and throughput optimization.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends to ensure our stack remains relevant and secure against evolving cyber threats.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI systems architecture or distributed systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
