Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, aligning stakeholders on long-term goals.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Work closely with engineering and research teams to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into the product lifecycle.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitive landscapes and user behavior to uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality, on-time products.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical executives and investors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining successful product roadmaps and leading innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Agile Mastery: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
