Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications.
- Optimize inference latency and model efficiency for real-time processing.
- Establish security protocols and ethical AI governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data).
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications (LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
