Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructures: Design and deploy robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Pioneer Next-Gen Algorithms: Lead research and development into cutting-edge AI models, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents, focusing on efficiency and ethical alignment.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Cloud & DevOps Integration: Oversee the integration of AI workloads into scalable cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Standards Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, security protocols, and data governance policies across all AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs Degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid growth.
