- Establish governance policies for emerging technologies to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on future tech trends (Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and their impact on business.
- Partner with HR and IT leadership to design flexible, hybrid work models optimized for productivity.
- Act as a thought leader, speaking at industry forums on the future of work in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, or Technology Management.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
