Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using AI-driven market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups and strategic partnerships
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and academic researchers
- Author quarterly innovation briefs on market shifts and technological inflection points
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Global perspective with experience across North America, Europe, and APAC markets
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
