Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future initiatives with company vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with future-focused initiatives
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and ESG integration
