Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in accordance with company inventory protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, when certified.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe by following all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper cargo handling and securing.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including shipping labels and logs, to ensure traceability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
