Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Drive store revenue by effectively communicating product features and benefits, suggesting add-ons, and processing transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, ensuring displays are eye-catching, and following the floor plan standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, participate in regular stock counts, and restock items to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak hours, assist with opening and closing procedures, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform moderate physical activity throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on tasks while managing multiple priorities.
