Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure proper delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., using a handheld scanner).
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
