Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile daily transaction records
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data transitions
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/FERPA)
