- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Process high-volume transaction records with 99.5% accuracy threshold
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies and audit trails
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping business hours
- Implement data validation protocols per ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
