Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality control checks with 98%+ accuracy
- Process transactions and documentation during overnight operational windows
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize 10-key typing for high-volume numeric entry (8,000+ keystrokes/hr)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10-key proficiency with 8,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to maintain 98%+ data accuracy under time constraints
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Flexible schedule availability for 12-hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
