Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in ERP and CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactional documents (invoices, forms, reports)
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOX compliance protocols
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of data encryption standards
