Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns at major Orlando venues (theme parks, convention centers, hotels)
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive assistance and problem resolution
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance throughout event cycles
- Conduct post-event debriefs and quality control assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
