We handle everything from corporate galas and music festivals to intimate networking mixers. As an Event Staff member, you will ensure every guest has a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and direct them to their designated areas.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with venue preparation, table setting, and equipment setup before events, and teardown after.
- Crowd Management: Maintain a safe and orderly environment, monitoring crowd flow, and assisting with entry/exit points.
- Guest Assistance: Answer questions, provide directions, and resolve minor guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks (where applicable) with a focus on safety and sanitation standards.
- Brand Representation: Represent our company’s values and brand image with a positive attitude throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Experience: Previous event staff, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members and event coordinators.
