Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including banners, tables, and audiovisual equipment.
- Greet guests and attendees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe, orderly environment at all times.
- Direct attendees to registration desks, restrooms, and specific areas.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer general inquiries about the event.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all logistical needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the event space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods while maintaining energy.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for check-in processes (training provided).
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
