Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to event areas.
- Assist with event setup, registration tables, and teardown processes.
- Maintain event areas by monitoring crowd flow and ensuring safety protocols.
- Distribute promotional materials, tickets, or swag to attendees.
- Answer general questions and resolve minor guest inquiries on the spot.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
