Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute event protocols including crowd control, registration, and vendor coordination
- Maintain safety standards and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage inventory and equipment handling for diverse event types
- Document post-event reports and client feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Proficiency in basic event setup tools (AV, staging, tents)
- TX Food Handler certification preferred
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
