Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns at Charlotte venues
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP services
- Coordinate vendor operations and ensure compliance with event protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all event attendees
- Monitor venue safety and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Assist with inventory management of event equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Basic knowledge of event AV systems preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
