Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest management, and breakdown at venues like PNC Arena and Red Hat Amphitheater
- Provide exceptional customer service through crowd control, information dissemination, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure safety protocols and brand standards are maintained
- Manage inventory and equipment for diverse events ranging from corporate conferences to music festivals
- Train and mentor part-time staff during peak event seasons
- Document event metrics and feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in crowd management techniques and emergency procedures
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Eventbrite, Ticketmaster)
