- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance throughout events
- Manage crowd control, access points, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct post-event inventory and equipment reconciliation
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
