Responsibilities
- Restock and organize merchandise in all store departments before opening hours
- Unload delivery trucks and sort inventory efficiently
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight crew to optimize stocking workflows
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks and stocking procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
