Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge assistance and problem resolution
- Operate scanning equipment, process returns, and manage loyalty program enrollments
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store displays to enhance customer experience
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and price verification tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all company policies regarding security, safety, and loss prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and cash handling accuracy
