Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments with 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure bags are packed securely.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and assist with inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
