Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Source and present fresh pastries and light food items from local suppliers
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing, latte art, and specialty coffee methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments during peak tourist seasons
- Strong attention to detail in beverage consistency and presentation
