Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Manage POS transactions accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere and handle inventory
- Adhere to food safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
