Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and genuine interactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness across espresso machines, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
- Uphold food safety standards and HACCP protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
