Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of latte art and drink preparation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash and card transactions.
- Keep the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients to minimize downtime.
- Assist with store operations during peak hours, including cleaning duties and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods and origins.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Reliable availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
