Responsibilities
- Execute premium espresso and brewing techniques to perfection daily
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage consistency and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of premium coffee beans
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and tasting experiences
- Lead peak-hour operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and performance optimization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art mastery
- Expert knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasts, and extraction methods
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume service environments
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
