Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee/espresso drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Manage inventory restocking and ensure optimal freshness of coffee/food products
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic cash register POS experience
