Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, service areas, and inventory stations
- Collaborate with team to develop innovative seasonal menu offerings
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and brand standards
- Source and rotate high-quality local bakery goods and merchandise
- Participate in daily inventory management and supplier communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
