Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with personalized recommendations and exceptional service
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with proficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment per health standards
- Process cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Source and showcase local artisanal products
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification (preferred)
