Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during dinner and late-night hours
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Upsell specialty menu items and seasonal promotions
- Manage payment processing and cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months serving experience preferred
- Availability for evening/night shifts (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Knowledge of NOLA cuisine and beverage culture
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Must be 18+ years of age
