Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking personalized orders and providing product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of café stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
